March 1, 2007, is the NIU priority application date for financial aid. Complete and accurate applications received by this date will be processed first. You must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Student Financial Aid Office will contact you if additional information is needed to process your financial aid application.
You will need to obtain scholarship application information at www.scholarships.niu.edu and www.fa.niu.edu. Most NIU scholarships have February 1 deadlines.
